This Privacy Policy explains how Just Better AI (referred to as we, us, or our) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our web application and related services (the Service). It also describes the choices you have regarding your information, including information we access through Google APIs when you connect a Google account.

The Service is an outreach and customer-relationship tool that helps users manage their contacts, prepare email messages, and send those messages from their own connected email account. Sending email through your Google account is an optional feature that you control.
Information you provide. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use the Service, we store the content you create and manage, such as contact and company records, notes, email drafts, and your email signature.
Google account information. If you choose to connect your Google account to send email, Google asks you to grant specific permissions. With your consent, we receive and store:
Important: the gmail.send scope permits sending only. The Service cannot read, view, search, download, or access the contents of your inbox, your existing messages, or any other mail in your account. We request no other Gmail permissions.
Information collected automatically. Like most web applications, we collect basic technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the Service, such as log data and session identifiers.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.
Just Better AI’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We retain your Google authorization tokens only for as long as your account remains connected. When you disconnect your Google account, or when you delete your account, we delete the stored authorization tokens from our systems. You can disconnect at any time, as described below.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access to stored authorization tokens is restricted to the systems that operate the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We operate in North America, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States, Canada, or other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to locations outside your country of residence.
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice as appropriate.
